Customer feedback
We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
Mr Yathooshan Ramesh, August 2011: Very friendly reception
Mr Michael Jeffrey, June 2011: Good value for money.
Mr Robert Niblett, April 2011: Very clean, ideal for the CAMRA AGM weekend. It is a pity that there wasn't a direct link from the CAMRA AGM web page as you would have a lot of takers for this first class accomodation. Apparently there were 1200 people registered for the AGM.
Dr Sarah Parker, April 2011: The room was clean, well equipped and well priced. I was very pleased with my stay. Check in and out were quick, easy and efficient. The only negative comment I would make is that the central heating was quite noisy and the pipes in the room made quite a lot of noise throughout the night.
Mr John Doherty, March 2011: Was Amazing.
Alex Marin, October 2010: There was a problem with the booking when we checked in, as they did not have my friend's room organised, but it was sorted out in 30 minutes with good grace so despite the initial inconvenience, it was fine. The staff were very helpful during our stay. The room was really too hot for comfort and the bed was not the most comfortable I have ever slept on, but the room was clean and there were some nice touches, like the complimentary toiletries etc.
Eric Smith, September 2010: The breakfasts were also excellent
Stephen Rutherford, August 2010: lovely people
spartan room
Kay Baldry, July 2010: didnt have breakfast so ignore feedback on that. Staff very helpful, although initial mix up over our rooms ended up with us being separated but that didnt matter. Will definately use the facility again, lovely location and clean and quiet and ideal.
